Set Boundaries: Learning to say no or setting limits to work, love and activities that
deplete or harm you physically, emotionally and spiritually will help you love yourself more.
Forgive yourself: Practicing being less hard on yourself when you make a mistake. Understanding that a mistake is not a failure but a lesson learned helps with accepting your humanness (the fact that you are not perfect).
Protect yourself: Always keep the right people around you. People who take more pleasure in your happiness and success rather than your pain or loss.
Live Intentionally: When you live with a purpose and design. Your purpose might not be clear but if you know your intention is to live a meaningful life, live your life to the fullest.
