Ingredients for Self Love

  1. Act on what you need rather than what you want: You will love yourself more when you can turn away from something that feels and looks good. By staying focused on what you truly need in your life.

  2. Set Boundaries: Learning to say no or setting limits to work, love and activities that

      deplete or harm you physically, emotionally and spiritually will help you love yourself more.

  3. Forgive yourself: Practicing being less hard on yourself when you make a mistake. Understanding that a mistake is not a failure but a lesson learned helps with accepting your humanness (the fact that you are not perfect).

  4. Protect yourself: Always keep the right people around you. People who take more pleasure in your happiness and success rather than your pain or loss.

  5. Live Intentionally: When you live with a purpose and design. Your purpose might not be clear but if you know your intention is to live a meaningful life, live your life to the fullest.
